Angkor Wat is an ancient Hindu Temple in Cambodia. It is biggest temple complex in the world, covering an area of 402 acres. It was built by King Suryavarman II in the early 12th century at Yashodarapura (later renamed Angkor), the capital of his Khmer Empire. Towards the end of 12th century it was converted into a Buddhist temple.
